All Classes

ALL Our Classes are Now Available 3 Ways!

 

  • IN-STUDIO (attend in person AT our studio)
  • LIVESTREAM via Zoom (practice live at home)
  • By RECORDING

Practice with us at the studio OR from the comfort of your home with your favorite Fusion teachers!  Can’t make it to the live class time…?   No sweat!  You can now get a link to the recording of the same live class to take at a time that’s more convenient for you!

Local members can use their pass to attend ANY of our classes. 

Advanced Reservations are currently required at this time.  You can make your reservation directly on our website OR by using the MindBody app.  (Search for Fusion and save us as a favorite!)  If you need assistance with a reservation, please call/text (916) 600-6557

  • If you’re going to join us AT the studio for class, then select the class title that contains “IN-STUDIO” on our class schedule page and click “sign up now.”
  • For those taking the live class from home (via Zoom), please select “LIVESTREAM” when you make your reservation.

You’ll receive an automated email confirmation for the reservation.  If you don’t receive it, you may want to check your junk/spam folder, or you may want to check the settings in your MindBody profile (to allow us to communicate with you).  If you get stuck, try this link to be taken to our Virtual Waiting Room.

As the class start time approaches, you’ll be admitted to our Virtual Studio.  If for some reason that doesn’t happen by the time class starts, please contact us asap by phone/text (916) 600-6557.

(Registration and reservations are much easier for us when you make your Zoom ID your full name!)

  • For those who would like to take the same live class by RECORDING, then make a reservation for LIVESTREAM.  When the class is over, we automatically send a link to the recording of the class  to those students who didn’t show up to take it livestream.  (This happens once the class ends and the video finishes processing – which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours.  You’ll have about three days to enjoy the class before the link expires.)
