In our Foundation Training, we offer all of the tools and support to get you moving towards teaching your KiDo Kids Yoga class for children ages 4 to 12. 

All levels of yoga experience are welcome in this four day, 24-hour Foundation Training. After just three days of training, enjoy planning and fulfilling your teaching destiny with children.  Taught by the creator of KiDo Kids Yoga, Heather Kamala.  We are the kid’s division of Yogic Arts created by Duncan Wong.

About Heather Kamala: 

From the beginning in 1999 with her wildly successful KiDo Kids Yoga Preschool to her upcoming series of children’s stories, Heather Kamala has traveled the world and spread KiDo Kids Yoga (a Registered Children’s Yoga School with Yoga Alliance) as a foundation training to hundreds of students in Asia, Europe and America.  Heather has incorporated her love of yoga, health, essential oils and self-care into a new book and movement called Zing Living.  She is a teacher of Yogic Arts since 2006, a family yoga system (since 1995), created by her brother and advanced student of Ashtanga Yoga, Duncan Wong.
