Participants will learn how to stretch, soften, stabilize and strengthen their pelvic floor. This workshop also includes discussion about anatomy (with visual model and charts), breath work, visualization, and some yoga postures too. Handouts and resource information will be provided.

About Judy: Judy is a yoga instructor, formally trained by Lori McCormick of Fusion Yoga Studio, Sheri Zak Morris at Yoga Vista, and Leslie Howard’s Pelvic Floor Yoga ™. Judy’s been practicing yoga for over 20 years and currently teaches Chair Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, and Basic Hatha Yoga classes. She also offers Pelvic Floor private sessions.
