A New On-Going Class with Judy Wagner

Thursdays 

4:00 pm – 5:15 pm

EVERYBODY is welcome – no matter your size, shape, age, ability, or condition. This special class is tailored to meet YOUR individual needs, making the practice accessible to everyone and EVERY body.

Safety is always our first priority and our approach is compassionate and non-judging.  We move slowly and use an assortment of props, including chairs, to make classic yoga postures doable and accessible to everyone — including plus-size yoga practitioners, those who have limited mobility, and those who have difficulty getting up and down off the floor. We discreetly offer options and modifications throughout each class and gently encourage you to “do what you can do.” 

This is also an enjoyable class for those who would like to experience postures and their practice in a whole new way. It helps all people to breathe better, enjoy the movement of their bodies, and reap the numerous benefits of an on-going yoga practice.
