During this informative workshop, the different elements of meditation will be explained.  You’ll learn what meditation is, how to meditate, and why meditation helps. You’ll find that by focusing on the present moment, the mind naturally settles down resulting in a calm, peaceful state, allowing you to connect with your own inner stillness.

In order to prepare the body for deep meditation, a short set of asanas (postures) will be taught at the start of the workshop, followed by a set of meditations that incorporate breath work, mantra (sound currents), walking meditation, and a guided meditation called Yoga Nidra.
